I have two nos. of player-One is iPod nano type(slightly thicker and Written Sony) with two coloured LCD, which was claimed to have 1GigaByte but actually turned out to be 1Gigabit after lots of format error. I need the Firmware:-

I have a wrong firmware MP4 player, i not found board number, but it have acu7515 MCU core and has 7 keys, FM, 2” color DSP, MicroSD slot. Looks like as yours on the linked picture. Im needing to upgrade my firmware but cant find anywhere to do it.
My MP4 player has a blue screen with an hourglass that wont go away.
I bought it from ebay it is 3.99gb when i formated it.
When i click on firmware in setup it says

I could not read anything else
I hope someone can help because it is driving me nuts as i cant find anything on the net to help me.and if i were to send it back i was going to have to pay to get it fixed.I have only had this 5 weeks.
