I bought a touch mp3 mp4 from a guy named Bosschin in hong kong. I have requested a proper manual and only get a runaround. People that bought this item should yell like hell to Ebay for representing this company. Micro manual does not match the player.

Hi!! I need any firmware for my Mp4 Samsung 643 Chip K9LAG08UOM PCB0 AK1025 - 8gb - 1.8” Screen - Wilson Co Ltd. It can’t boot, it freezes in the hourglass screen and its impossible to detect as a removable disk in WXP.
