hi seems i am having same problem as others, mine was working fine but now just has hourglass, and when i plug into computer detects the device but can’t install drivers. any suggestions?

We just bought two of these from e-bay they were shipped out of FL. I can’t find anything on one of them. I lost everything that was factory loaded and everything that I loaded. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I have NO idea how to fix these are the first ones we have ever owned. I read the manual which made about as much sense as Martian.
