i recently bought one of these

all works well but i cannot seem to play any videos on it. the clip that comes on the player works fine, but i am getting bored of watching it after 13 million times!!
the clip is in a .avi file, but on the site it says that media files should be converted to amv files? but when i do this, the amv files do not get recognised in the players video list....
if i dont get this fixed soon, i may have to go out and shoot someone!!!
