I have brought a new mp3/and thats front name sony ns-19(digital audio player) bacn name {s1 mp3 player} player of 512 mb.
When I Updated My Player with new firmware 3.5.37...
It’s update success, But it not work after complite update I remove player but after that the whole screen was Black now it not gat start but it’s work as a pan driver/ removable Drive
Will I solve this problem ?

Help me! I bought a MP4 MP3 player brand Visual land 547 from Ebay. Then I try to upgrade the firmware...but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent.

Anyone has experienced with this...please help me to fix it up.

i got a mp4 player from a store for 60 bucks that is from china. i downloaded only 2 songs on it so far. but whenever i want to listen to them and i go to my music, it says “empty disc”. and when i try to put more songs it says cannot make directory or file or something like that. hello sir, i have a problem with my MP3 player
i can load 26 song, but in 27 songs my player is restarting and when i look it in my computer, there was something wrong in my player, it’s that a problem of firmware or it is a problem of harddisk?

I have recently bought an mp4 player that looks like an ipod nano it even has the ipod logo on it (it’s not an ipod though). I have a problem with it, after i upload my songs and disconnect it from the pc and try to play the music, i recieve an error “Format error”. If i reconnect my mp4 player most of my songs are multiplied (only the songs that the player plays) and the rest are deleted. I’ve tried to convert to 128kbps but that’s not the problem because i can play any song on the player as long as i don’t upload more than 20 or so. It’s an 8g player and i can’t have 20 songs on it (LOL).

Could you please help me? The firmware version is 9.0.50, i’ve tried to downgrade it to 0.48 but i couldn’t (i don’t know how). I think i need a newer firmware version.

The mp4 player will corrupt any file that is not in amv format. Delete them from the removable disk link in my computer, download an amv converter from the net ( just search amv converter in google) convert the files to amv format and place back on through the removeable disk link in my computer. You will find there won’t be any more problems if you use the my computer link and not the crap program they distribute with this product.....
