I’ve got a 1gb mp4 player.no name given.i cant seem to utilise the entire disk coz my musik keeps on gettin corrupted if i surpass 500mb. what cud be the cause. if u also can hookup the software upgrade I’d appreciate coz the player is failing to play mp4s. i got firmware version

Try This
pls dont worry , i think you need format the player ,
— -1) connect to computer, format the MP4(remember to choose the state of FAT, and SWIFT button) and the redownload. for some computer system, there is no " FAT” you just need to choose " swift” to format.

— -2) makde sure your format is the right one, check this and insure that it is the right format as following:
Video/movie: AMV format
Picture: JPGE
E-book: TXT
Record: WAV & ACT
Music:MP3, WMV, WAV
