I dont know if anybody has actually seen this website at the bottom. but these mp3/mp4 players are obviously phony They are mass produced in China, you can order them by the case and have any name brand you want printed on them for an additional charge. I actually got mine from some guy at a gas station for $20.00 and so far it works ok I just havent figured out how to do everything on it yet. and its not compatable with napster or any of those websites. It also didnt come with a user manual to speak of. it did come with a little cd, that windows advised me not to run on my comp. said it could crash my whole system. pretty scarey huh? whats the e-book feature suposed to do? anybody know?

UM....USER’S MANUAL? I can make out the words but it makes no sense, its like jibberish or something. So now I have to teach my self how to use it, I have figured out how to take songs from my CD’s on media player and put them on my MP3/MP4 player but it only holds 5 songs!!! It should hold like 250 at least. The media player says its full but the MP3/MP4 says its only 7% full.....Question: How do load them to the player small enough so i can fit 250 songs and they sound ok??? oh and pictures??

ok i have 2 mp2 players 4gb and no.1 crashes before playing the songs and no.2 crashes when it gets to 71 songs... i have firmware 3.5.37 that came installed in it.

also no.2 plays only half the song and then plays half of the others....why?
