i have a vimax®(f-23) mp4/mp3/fm/rec my computer recognises my mp4 but it doesnt turn on !! i dont know what to do !! it does not charge !! the devicce does not turn on !! but the computer recognices the device plse help me !!

i got a si mp3player havin fm(4G
and firmware ver3.5.37
when i formated in pc it shows only 499mb
i tyed evry way
and it shows system error
and also i tried to upgrade it to solve the promblem but i lost the player
so any body having the firmware 3.5.37 pls send it to me

because when some space in your mp4 is misssing t means that its hard drive is broken ?? try to use your warranty ??
